The real app · live demo store

Counting, receiving, ordering — one flow, on any phone.

Not a mockup · the actual app

The real app, on a store that runs daily.

Every item is a photo card: status at a glance, PARs inline, case math done for you. These are our live demo store — the same screens you'll run on day one.

  • Photo-first counting — item photos, out/low/good status, and count freshness on every card.
  • Speed Count — today's scheduled categories, one item at a time, thumb-only. 2,919 counts in 12 weeks happen because it's this fast.
OpsBrain Inventory Browse grid: item photo cards for a supplement, a smoothie protein mix, and dragon-fruit puree with out/low/good status, case counts, and PAR levels.

Price Watch · delivery check-in

Catch every shortage — and every price hike.

Every line is checked against your last-paid and contract price the moment the delivery hits the back door. Shortages, substitutions, and price drift are flagged with the exact dollar amount — credit requests pre-filled, one tap from customer@sysco.com. That's the $2,042 celery catch, now on every vendor.

  • Price Watch — every line vs last-paid and contract, ranked by monthly P&L impact.
  • One-tap Sysco credit — short-shipped or substituted items become a drafted credit request instantly.

Delivery check-in
AI-powered · weather-aware

Smart ordering that learns your store.

Every count, delivery, and wasted case trains the model. It predicts what you'll need next — down to the case — and adjusts for the day of the week and the weather. A 95°F Saturday bumps frozen fruit; a cold snap trims it. No competing inventory tool does this.

  • Recent days weighted heaviest; weekend peaks auto-detected.
  • Weather-adjusted ordering — pulls your store's 7-day forecast (Open-Meteo) into every recommendation.
Only on OpsBrain

Your team will actually compete to count.

Gamification turns the most boring task in your restaurant into something staff want to do. Streaks, badges, a weekly champion — it works.

  • Daily streaks — 7-, 14-, and 30-day consecutive counting streaks.
  • 7 achievement badges, a weekly champion every Monday, and confetti at 100% daily compliance.

"Our team's count compliance went from 40% to 100% in two weeks. They actually remind each other to count now."

The $2,042 invoice that paid for the next 20 months.

Sysco was billing celery at $87.57 a case — roughly double our contracted rate. We caught it line by line, against contract price. Now OpsBrain runs that check on every delivery, every vendor.

That one catch covers 20 months of the $99 Founding price.

The heaviest OpsBrain user at our store isn't the owner — it's the senior lead: 2,919 counts logged in 12 weeks, about 34 a day, by real staff. That's the adoption pattern that proves a tool fits an operator's day, not just a founder's demo. We don't publish savings we haven't measured. Waste reduction — measurement in progress. Labor cost trend — in progress; one best-week data point exists, not yet enough to publish.

"I stood in the walk-in at 11PM guessing an order I knew was wrong. Nobody was coming with better numbers — so I built them."
Avissh — Franchise operator & founder · avissh.com

We run a juice bar franchise in Napa, California — bought as a failing location. In six months we took food cost from 40.3% to 27.7%. Before OpsBrain, inventory was the worst part of the week: paper checklists, gut-feel orders, missed shortages.

So we built the tool we wished existed — not a slide deck, the actual app that runs our inventory. 170 SKUs, AI predictions, weather forecasting, staff gamification. Every feature earned its keep on our own floor first, then got generalized for any operator, any brand.

If it didn't save money in my store, it wouldn't be for sale for yours.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much does OpsBrain cost?

OpsBrain Inventory is self-serve: $99/month Founding Operator ($0 setup, limited spots) or $149/month Standard ($250 setup, waived for the first 10 Founding Pro signups), with a 14-day free trial. OpsBrain Cashflow and the Both Apps bundle are in early access: personal onboarding, custom modules, and pricing set with you — book a demo and we'll scope it to your store. Enterprise is custom for 4+ locations.

What franchise brands does OpsBrain work with?

Any franchise or independent restaurant ordering from Sysco, US Foods, or similar. We currently support juice and smoothie franchises with full integration and are onboarding other juice, smoothie, and QSR franchise operators.

Do I need any special hardware?

No. Works in any browser on any device. Open a link, tap Add to Home Screen. No app store needed.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime. No contracts, no fees. Your data is yours — we'll export everything. But once your first shortage report saves $200 in one delivery, you won't want to.

Is my data secure?

Each store gets its own isolated database. No other operator sees your data. All communication encrypted via HTTPS.

Does OpsBrain work with Sysco?

Yes. OpsBrain is built around the Sysco workflow: AI invoice scanning auto-matches Sysco line items to your inventory and updates prices, Smart Ordering generates a Sysco-ready order export, and the Sysco Credit Request tool drafts a one-tap email to customer@sysco.com when you receive shortages or substitutions.

Can I scan invoices with my phone?

Yes. The AI Invoice Scanner accepts multi-photo capture from your iPhone or Android, parses every line item in about 30 seconds, fuzzy-matches substituted SKUs, and auto-updates your stock and case prices. It replaces the 15-minute manual Sysco check-in entirely.

Has anyone actually used OpsBrain in production?

Yes. OpsBrain has run daily at a juice bar franchise in Napa, CA since April 2026. Real operational data as of July 4, 2026: 2,919 inventory counts logged across 170 SKUs, 15 Sysco deliveries fully checked in (571 of 571 items verified, zero shortages missed), and about 34 counts a day — the senior lead is the heaviest user, not the owner. We update these numbers monthly from our production database.
